Joining Our Community: 5 Simple Steps
Discovery Call: Reach out for a 10-minute chat to see if our community is the right fit for you.
Membership Review: We’ll verify your background (Veteran, Senior, or Re-entry status) to confirm eligibility.
Property Tour: Visit our location to experience the environment and meet your future neighbors.
Onboarding: Finalize your membership agreement and prepare for your move-in date.
Move-In & Biometrics: On your first day, we’ll program your fingerprint into our secure digital door locks. No keys to lose—just instant, secure access to your new home.
Once you are settled in as a Member, we can then begin connecting you with our network of local resources and support.
Once someone sends in their application, what happens next, and when can they expect to hear from you?
After you submit your application, here is what happens:
Application Review (1–3 Days): We verify your documents and membership eligibility.
The Interview: We will contact you by phone or email within 48 to 72 hours to discuss community life and answer your questions.
Final Decision: If approved, we will set your move-in date and schedule your onboarding.
Membership Activation: On move-in day, we program your fingerprint for secure access and begin your journey as a Member.

Before starting your membership application, please gather these four items to ensure a fast approval:
Photo ID: A valid State ID, Driver’s License, or Passport.
Status Verification: Your DD-214 (for Veterans) or re-entry documentation.
Proof of Income: Your latest award letter for Social Security, VA Pension, or other monthly benefits.
Contact Info: A reliable phone number or email where we can reach you for your interview.
